Soldier Kelly returns to the big screen as a renegade narcotics cop, determined to wipe the streets clean of the laced drugs that have been killing the community's youth. After brutally slaying four drug dealers, Soldier Kelly goes on trial but pleads insanity and is committed to an insane asylum for evaluation. However, Snake Eater's justice does not stop just because he is locked in an asylum.
