A TV personality is found dead; an awkward situation for Commissioner Ellen Norgaard, who’s been having an affair with the victim’s husband.

Karin is teaching at the local business school. After watching a boy get bullied, she urges him to confide in her. Three hours later, he’s found dead.

On a ferry back from Sweden, Karin’s suspicions are aroused when a Polish woman disappears. As Brunner is preparing to leave, Karin gets him involved.
