Shinemon Nitta is the self-proclaimed manager of Card Capital. Shinemon works hard to protect Card Capital from the director of a large-scale card shop, Esuka Hibino.

The one who summoned Mikuru is Esuka. Esuka proposes that Mikuru debut as an idol. Meanwhile, Mark and Tatsuya enter Esuka's main shop to rescue Mikuru.

The curtain rises on the fight between the strongest S ranked fighter Nanami, and the Ninja Master. As the fight rages between those two, Shinemon gets tormented by the sub-manager......!?

It's the day before the finals of the Asia Circuit. As Shinemon ponders about whether to join the "Unit Summoning Experiment" or "Team's Final Worlds Challenge", Esuka invites him for dinner.

Shinemon heads to Ryuzu's Lab to bring Rive back together with Esuka. Mark enters the finals alone, believing in the return of Shinemon and friends. The curtain rises on Shinemon's final fight.

With a wish "to save the lives of the deceased parents", Tatsuya challenges Ryuzu with the position of the leader for the experiments on the line. He knows the truth behind the experiments that Ryuzu has yet to realize.

The final battle begins at Ryuzu's Lab in the midst of the experiment to bridge Earth and Cray during the half-moon. Can Shinemon stop Tatsuya, who has sacrificed everything for the experiment?

Aichi Sendou and friends from the Miyaji Academy CF Club look forward to participating in the Vanguard Koshien. However, with a lack of members in the club, the student council sends them a notice to disband.

The CF Club challenges the student council for the club's survival. As the student council doesn't seem to improve in their fights at all, Aichi decides to become their coach.

What awaits Kai at Voyage is none other than Mamoru Anjou, with a new Overlord card in hand. Overcoming countless defeats, Kai recalls his first encounter with Overlord.

Ibuki loses the peace gained from the battle with the Wandering Star Brandt, and is overcome with guilt. Ibuki receives an invitation to the Tatsunagi Mansion, where he is met by Nome Tatsunagi, the new head of the Tatsunagi foundation.

Ibuki's heart rejects the power of Deletors out of fear. Discarding his deck, Ibuki decides to quit Vanguard for good. However, he is stopped by Leon, who coincidentally paid a visit to the Tatsunagi Mansion.

To make up for his own sins with the new power he obtained, Ibuki appears before the person he had deleted, Tetsu. He then challenges Asaka to a fight, to join the Fukuhara High School VG Club's Koshien team as the anchor.

The four schools advancing to the Vanguard Koshien semifinals have been decided, and they are Miyaji, Hitsue, Fukuhara, and Harumi. And the first match is Fukuhara VS Harumi. With their reputation on the line, which high school will proceed to the finals?

The next semifinals is Miyaji VS Hitsue. However, Kai goes missing on the day of the fight. Without completely recovering from being deleted, will Kai make it in time to the venue?

The finals is Miyaji VS Fukuhara. Leaving the anchor match to Naoki, Aichi and Ren face off in the fourth match. As Ren goes all out to enjoy the fight, his PSYqualia reveals a destiny that should've been lost.

Vanguard Koshien has Naoki and Ibuki facing off for the anchor match! It's a fight that will decide the victor. As things heat up for Naoki, he catches a glimpse of Kourin.

No matter the distance, the souls led by fate cross paths once more. Kourin invites Miyaji Academy, the winner of Vanguard Koshien, to an exhibition match.

In the struggle for the right to run Card Capital, Shinemon has his own deck taken away. Shinemon and Mark infiltrate Esuka's main shop to try to get it back.

Leaving Card Capital to his disciple Tatsuya, Shinemon challenges the re-test. However, Esuka's hitmen, Nanami and Tonori, appeared, and they seem to have taken away Mikuru......
