Musti

Dressed in his raincoat and wellingtons, Musti is walking in the garden. When Musti tries to dry a rose, a frog laughs at him. The frog and Mrs Duck love the rain. Mr Raven is having a wash in a puddle. Miss Tortoise tells Musti that her shell keeps her nice and dry, but that Mr Dog is not so lucky - his kennel is flooded. Musti hurries off and helps Mr Dog drag his kennel to a drier spot.

Musti is ill in bed. The doctor has called and he has given Musti some medicine to take. Mr Rabbit comes to the window to see how Musti is doing. Miss Tortoise has come too, but she stays safely on the ground. Musti tells his friends they needn't worry. When Mr Rabbit leaves, he sneezes. He seems to have caught Musti's cold.

Daddy and Musti visit the farm and Musti meets Mr Dog, Mrs Cow, Boomer the horse, the duck family, Oink the pig, Mother Hen and her chicks and Mr Cockerel.

When Mrs Goat finds she is missing a carrot, Musti immediately thinks of Mr Rabbit. The 'honest finder' Mr Rabbit returns the carrot to Mrs Goat. Mrs Goat rewards his 'honesty' by giving him half of the carrot.

When Musti helps Daddy water the flowers in the garden, he accidentally sprinkles Mrs Hedgehog. Musti shows Mrs Hedgehog around the flowers in the garden. When they come to the roses, Musti goes off to ask Daddy if he can pick some. Roses have thorns... as Mr Rabbit soon discovers!

When Musti looks after Mother Bird's chicks, Mother Bird stays away a very long time. Miss Tortoise takes over from Musti, so that he can go and look for Mother Bird. One of the birds falls out of the nest. Miss Tortoise protects it with her shell until Musti and Mother Bird return.

Musti visits the farm. Mother Hen and the chicks are outside pecking for grain, but Mr Cockerel is ill. He can't crow any more. Musti thinks Daddy will be able to help, so he carries Mr Cockerel home to his house. On the way there, he trips. This dislodges a grain of corn that was stuck in Mr Cockerel's throat. Now Mr Cockerel can crow again.

Mr Rabbit's three nephews have come to stay with him. While Mr Rabbit is sleeping, the three little rascals sneak off to play... Luckily, Musti finds them.

Mummy has just hung out the washing. Musti wants to help her. He takes a dirty handkerchief and rinses it out in soapy water. Miss Tortoise is thirsty. She drinks from the soapy water. This makes her feel ill. When Musti sees a soap bubble coming from Miss Tortoise's shell, he realises she must have drunk soapy water. Mr Rabbit says he will look after her.
