Diebuster (Gunbuster 2)

Nono, a young girl from the country, moves to the big city in order to achieve her dream: becoming a space pilot! However, in order to do that, she'll not only have to reach for the top, she'll have to go Topless--and her chance comes a lot sooner than expected!

Mars' Space Force isn't happy about space monsters showing up on their doorstep, and they blame the Fraternity. Lal'c is questioned about the role of Topless in the attack, and Nono proves whether she's got heart.

Tycho wrecks her Buster Machine, ruining her chance to reach top. Not to worry--there's another Buster Machine in the works. But will it awaken for someone whose only concern is her score?

Nono's despair grows as her certainty that she'll get a Buster Machine fades. She's sent to Pluto to recover an old Buster Machine, but there's more going on than a salvage operation, and to Nono's heart!

After the Titan incident, the world has changed. Topless are a disease, and humanity's last hope for salvation is the least likely person in the Sol System.
