Pietro Marino, raised in a small village in Calabria, is the grandson of a famous brigand who died with an unfinished revenge. One day he decides to avenge him. To do so, he must go to Bologna. There, Pietro is swept up by "Bolognese life," a reality he never imagined, and tries, in his own way, to relate to it.
