Adventurous journalist Emanuelle while trying to interview an elusive gangster, notices a man pushing a young girl in a wheelchair. Feeling that something is off, she does a bit of investigating. She soon uncovers an organization that deals in buying and selling young women to rich clients. She quickly goes undercover into the organization but finds that getting out could cost her…her life.
