MasterChef Australia Dessert Masters

With the only immunity pin on the line, ten chefs create their very own dessert Masterpieces vying for the first win of the competition.

Inspired by Amaury's famous lifelike dessert masterpieces, all the contestants make incredibly realistic and delicious dishes. In the end, both Anna and Andy win Immunity from the first Dessert Masters Elimination.

There's no room to crack under pressure in the first Dessert Masters elimination, as our pastry powerhouses are challenged to "Smash It" by creating a dish that smashes or cracks. Reynold, Gareth and Adriano create show-stopping desserts but Jess and Rhiann have the least impressive dishes.

Today, the contestants are split into three teams of three for a challenging team relay where they must hero the secret ingredient, maple syrup. Gareth challenges his team with an entremet, where Kaylene struggles to assemble the components for Team blue, and Morgan is left confused with what flavours are inside.

The contestants face their coolest elimination yet - an icy mystery box, where they have to feature a mystery ingredient in a frozen element. Key-lene is inspired by her cooking mentor, Jess faces burnt and broken tuilles, Gareth reveals hidden ice cream skills, and Kirsten pushes herself to learn new techniques.

Inspired by Amaury Guichon, the King of Chocolate, tonight we're celebrating All-Things-Chocolate. Kirsten Tibballs shows why she is the reigning Queen of Chocolate.

In the third elimination challenge of the season, the contestants are set the challenge of creating a movie-themed dessert. With Kirsten looking on from the gantry, the remaining seven contestants struggle with time constraints and textures.

Today, the contestants walk into a lux Christmas wonderland where they must cook a Christmas dish in two hours that means something to them. Curtis Stone enters all jolly and cheerful, carrying a big sack full of presents and each contestant is gifted a fruit they need to hero in their dish.

It's the semi final of Dessert Masters and the five remaining pastry chefs are one cook away from a place in the grand finale. To get there, they'll need to cook a delicious dish 'inspired by nature'.

The Dessert Masters Grand Final is here! The finalists need to battle it out in a two -course service challenge, feeding 15 diners plus the judges each in 4 hours. These dishes will each be scored out of ten, with forty points on offer total. Whoever is the top scorer will be crowned champion of Dessert Masters and win $100,000.
