Gangsta Gangsta is a narrative that explores the self-destructive nature of the Black male in the "hood". It is an illustration of how that self-destructive nature is pervasively detrimental to families, friends, and peers as well. The movie follows Mack, a young Black male, who struggles with, and straddles the fence of ethics. His adolescent sidekick Bear eventually lures him over to the unethical side, and a life of crime.
