In coastal Texas, the crew tours Pro-Drive to dial in a duck boat, links up at Hall's Bayou, and shucks with Lonestar Oyster Co. Supper is blue crabs in Cajun gravy; sunrise brings a slow duck sit, then a gritty sandhill crane hunt near El Campo.

In Rockport, TX, the crew gigs flounder by lamplight, loads up on spring rolls at Flower Shrimp Market, and learns Vietnamese comfort dishes before an airboat run to hunt redheads near Matagorda Island-plus a bucket-list pintail for the wall.

The Texas Tour rolls into Refugio for a mixed-bag stretch: night sets for hogs, a blink-and-you-miss-it surprise shot, and a duck sit that ends back at camp with Vietnamese-style wild duck pho made from fresh birds. New country, same porch-table welcome.
