A construction company creates a stability report of the houses in the neighborhood and a rumor of evacuation rapidly spreads between the residents. One of the fellow locals, Kuşçu Baba who is infamous with his confused memory, tries to comfort people by reminding the historical importance of the neighborhood and nobody but Rafadan Tayfa pays attention.
