Day 01: The housemates are instructed to select three contestants to open three mystery boxes. Uncertain of the perks or penalties inside the boxes, Bhoomi Shetty, Kishan, and Kuri Prathap are chosen to find out its contents. While two boxes contain special privileges like captaincy and immunity, one of them comes with a direct ticket to the first week's nominations.

Day 02: It is only the second day of the season and Ravi Belagere is already struggling. Early in the morning, he complains of low blood sugar and asks Bigg Boss for immediate medical assistance. With Harish Raj's help, he is escorted out of the house and is rushed to a hospital. Will Ravi return to the house after treatment? Or is this the end of his Bigg Boss journey?

Day 03: As the housemates get comfortable with each other, trouble brews when Raju Talikote and Harish Raj joke about a possible romantic connection between Shine Shetty and Priyanka. Day 12: A few housemates receive a set of secret tasks from Bigg Boss and have an opportunity to increase their luxury budget points by a whole lot if they are successful. However, Sujatha fails to complete her task to stay silent without raising suspicion and ends up losing points for it. Soon, Bigg Boss gives Duniya the power to put one contestant in jail.

Day 13: Kiccha Sudeep cuts straight to chase and discusses the apple incident which led to a huge uproar in the house. He tears into Chandan Achar for his overuse of the word decency while describing Chaitra Kotur's actions. Sudeep explains how this whole incident could have been handled better if Chandan had remained calm instead of repeatedly triggering Chaitra with his comments.

Day 14: Chaitra Vasudevan joins Kiccha Sudeep on stage after her elimination. During the interview, Sudeep makes Chaitra realise that her negativity is what cost her the game. Day 16: Bigg Boss turns the house into a grand Darbar and reveals that the winner of the next task will be crowned the King of the house. Jai Jagadish defeats Shine Shetty and Vasuki Vaibhav in a test of balance and reigns victorious as the Adhipathi of the Darbar. Day 17: Harish Raj takes offence to Sujatha Akshay's dominating attitude and confronts her about it in the presence of the entire house. Day 18: In order to crown the next Adhipathi of the house, Bigg Boss initiates a task that has the housemates pushing and shoving each other out of a dedicated arena. Priyanka emerges victorious in the task and is crowned the Queen of the Darbar. While choosing her ministers, Priyanka favours the girls which does not sit well with Harish Raj and Shine Shetty who question her motives.

Day 19: After securing the most garlands from the housemates, Priyanka is adjudged the best ruler in the BB Darbar task. Despite securing the victory, Priyanka is upset that she didn't get a garland from her best friend Bhoomi. While talking to Raju, Bhoomi reveals that Priyanka was not the most deserving ruler due to her lack of equality while choosing her ministers.

Day 20: Kiccha Sudeep welcomes the housemates to yet another Vaarada Kathe session as he congratulates Vasuki Vaibhav for his effort in the Swayamvara. However, things turn sour when Sudeep reprimands Shine Shetty for overthinking things with regards to his advice to Vasuki Vaibhav. What happened between the two? Day 21: With Duniya Rashmi and Chandan Achar finding themselves in the bottom two, the eliminations take a dramatic turn when Kiccha Sudeep introduces a shocking twist.
