When Professor Chakroborty (Soumitra Chatterjee) does not return home a few days after he refuses to sell his ancestral home to the local corrupt politician Maity (Biswajit Chakroborty), his elder son Dr. Sanjay (San Banarje) is forced to take the law in his own hands, in order to find his missing father.
