In Part 1 of five, Matossian gets up close and sometimes uncomfortably personal as he interviews athletes before and after the Pier Paddle and Sandbag 2015 events.

Interviews with athletes as they recover from the physical and emotional aftermath of the CrossFit Games version of Murph and try to rally for Snatch Speed Ladder and Heavy DT-the latter a Hero-workout variation selected by fans via a Twitter vote.
