It's time for Amanda's festive soiree (dress code: tinsel and tiaras), and nothing says Christmas like Evil Santa and Anne's Porn Star Martinis.

As a nit pandemic sweeps the school, Julia stands accused of causing a second wave, so she throws party that brings all the drama (and head lice) to her door.

The parents join the merry-go-round of secondary school open days, as they face the choice of where to send their kids at 11. Julia panics about which catchment area she is in and considers a fake religious conversion to beat the system.

Mother's Day leaves Julia feeling ignored, Meg being spoiled rotten, and Amanda enduring a passive aggressive lunch with her appalling mother (Joanna Lumley).

Julia, Liz, and Meg endure the school bus trip from hell with their nemesis Ashley, while Kevin helps Amanda pack up her shop, with unimaginable consequences.

At the PTA charity FUNraiser, Julia resolves to leave Paul for Garry, Kev's attempts to clear the air with Amanda backfire, and Anne finally loses it.

School's out for the festive season, so the mums (and Kevin) host the ultimate blended celebrations, but the big day takes a shocking turn at Julia's.
