YoRHa начинают полномасштабное вторжение, намереваясь уничтожить Машин и положить конец войне.

Враг воспользовался бэкдором в системе Бункера и заразил практически всех бойцов YoRHa. Поняв это, 9S помчался на помощь 2В.

9S и 2В смогли сбежать из Бункера до взрыва, но за ними в погоню устремились заражённые андроиды.

Бот проигрывает воспоминания А2 об операции на Земле, пытаясь восстановить поврежденные участки памяти.

A2 приходит в себя а деревне Паскаля. Она со всех сторон окружена Машинами, которые, однако, не выказывают никакой враждебности.

9S полон решимости отомстить за 2B и уничтожить всех Машин и А2.А2 же вновь оказывается в деревне Паскаля, где её ждут детишки.

A2 пытается защитить деревню Паскаля, в то время как 9S продолжает изучать Модули.

9S находит третий Модуль, где он получит последний пароль для доступа в Башню. А2 и Паскаль побеждают «Голиафа», но их ждёт новая беда.
