Join us in shear pontoon pandemonium as we head out to the infamous Salton Sea, which lays on the San Adreas Fault and was formed from overflow from flooding of the Colorado River. We head out with Rick Ozaki from Graphtech Rods, Angler, Barry Brightenburg, and Guide, Ray Garnett to fish Corvina. Decades ago, these fish were transplanted from the Sea of Cortez and served some epic fun.

Due to high winds, the fish were forced out of the shallow reefs and into deeper water, but we still got bit by some nice wahoo and Ulua for an unforgettable experience.

We head about 10 hours North to Clearlake, CA to meet up with Veteran Angler, Paul Bailey to work the honey holes for some non-stop swimbait action. We return to the extreme action in Jervis Bay, Australia, in part-2 of our series, where a group of hungry anglers had been unsuccessfully attempting to land a marlin off of the rocks for years. Nobody knew what was to unfold as the warm currents off of the Great Barrier Reef, spiraled down the coast to create the perfect storm and get coined as, "Big Wednesday" in land-based game fishing.

Welcome to Jervis Bay, Australia, where a group of insane anglers match themselves against some of the most powerful fish in the Pacific along a rugged battle zone to fish black marlin from the rocks where the ocean and the continent collide. This is known as land-based addiction and redefines the word extreme.

As we site fish for swordies, we clock one about 14 miles offshore from Laguna Beach. This king of the sea toys with us on multiple bites and after 18 attempts, we finally bow down. Unfortunately, the commercial plank boats did not and tried to run us off of our spot.
