Sarah drives home for Hanukkah to introduce her new fiancé Chad to her parents. But as soon as she arrives she learns that her family's bakery is about to close, her father has a heart attack and Chad suddenly plans to take over the bakery. Everything falls into complete chaos, but then an old friend of Sarah's arrives, offers his help and shows Sarah the true meaning of love, family and Hanukkah.
