After Mar finishes his Primary Bedroom reveal to the team they finally see the new primary bath - the oasis of his dreams, an extraordinary use of the space. Mar's real estate business is booming and the Market is hot! When he lists a charming, renovated 1880's home, the family is already out - and so are their furnishings. So he creates Casual Luxury from room to room as usual, this time with a staging partner to help transform the space. Does he get the offers he expects?

After selling a client's home in Westport, CT, Mar is asked to design their new New York City apartment. The catch? It has to be completed in under 24 hours!
