When weatherman Clark Forrest and his new on-air ASL interpreter Floyd Smernitch strike up a friendship, they quickly discover that both of their marriages have stalled. After turning to a new app for extramarital affairs, the men enter into an agreement...that later turns deadly.

After meeting at the cornhole party, Clark quickly hits it off with Floyd's wife Carol. Later, detectives Homer and Plumb dig deeper into Clark's relationship with Carol - and Floyd's time on the DTF app.

When Detective Plumb discovers that Carol has lied about key details of her affair, she presses Homer to let her question Clark. Once in the hot seat, unsettling truths about Clark's relationships with both Floyd and Carol begin to come to light.

Eager to please, Clark ramps up his support for Floyd's health and financial wellness, while Carol makes her lover swear to secrecy.

After confronting his friend about the affair, Floyd asks Clark for a favor. As the detectives dig deeper into Clark and Floyd's dynamic - and Carol's questionable behavior - Plumb uncovers new information, while Homer continues his search for the missing recumbent bike.

Floyd's ego takes a hit after a failed attempt to reconnect with Carol, leading Clark to help his friend using the DTF app.
