A zap from a toy robot’s laser beam and a chance comment from Mandy makes Norman-Man think he’s found his super powers… he’s invisible! He gets the chance to test his new-found powers out when Joe’s robotic dog goes on the rampage, but soon discovers he isn’t invisible. Sam and the team’s dream of a fire free month go up in flames.

When Ellie takes the Cadets on a field trip, they soon discover that gas canisters and campfires don’t mix. Now they find themselves in the middle of a forest fire. Fortunately, Sam and Tom finish their helicopter safety checks just in time to swoop to the rescue.

Monster Mania hits town when there is a sighting of the Pontypandyness Monster. Norman, determined to get the first sighting of the monster, takes Joe’s Submaster 2000 without asking. Now trapped at the bottom of the lake, Sam and Penny must perform an underwater rescue before the submersible fills with water.

Norman sets out to make a wizard adventure movie with Mandy, Sarah and James. But when he finds himself dangling from a zip line, high above the Pontypandy countryside, Sam and the mountain rescue team give the kids something better to film.

The Jr Cadets are on a hike with Tom and Moose but the bridge to get home has disappeared. Before they can return to get their Prince’s award they must cross a ravine with a rope and a grappling hook. When the rope breaks, Tom falls onto a ledge in the ravine. Who will help Sam rescue Tom Thomas and the Jr Cadets?

Agent Sparkes and Agent Price, investigators of the mysterious mysteries of Pontypandy, are on their first case involving strange goings on near the cliffs. But having discovered some shadowy characters in a boat out at sea, Sam helps Norman and Hannah discover a mysterious secret society in Pontypandy.

The Junior Cadets take part in Moose’s Wild West Experience. Norman teases Mandy about being afraid of horses. Determined to prove him wrong, Mandy pretends she has had horse riding lessons. During the trek, something goes wrong and Sam needs the help of local vet Lizzie Sparkes to rescue Mandy and the horse.

A cat is disrupting Noman watching a “who-dunnit” movie at the Flood’s house. He lets it out but Mandy stops the movie until the cat is safely back in its carrier. Norman tries to retrieve it, but knocks a candle over trapping them all in the house. Sam and the team rush to rescue the children and the cat from the fire.

The Junior Cadets are so excited to ride in Wallaby 2. But that all changes when an emergency call comes in. Racing to get Norman to the Mountain Activity Centre for his ride on Wallaby 2, Dilys drives too fast and skids over a ravine. Sam and Elvis perform a daring double rescue with the help of Wallaby Two to save them.

It’s fright night for Norman after he watches a scary movie, but his panic leaves him thinking everyone is turning into Pontypandy Zombies… Pondies. He tries to signal for help but ends up trapped in a burning building. The Fire Team are called to the rescue.

Pontypandy has gone ‘Bug Hunt’ mad as everyone is hooked on the new smart phone game. Norman, James, Sarah and Mandy think they’re the only ones playing the game. But when they realise they’re not, they resort to taking Neptune to find the last bug out at sea. Sam carries out a daring ocean rescue.

Station Officer Steele decides to direct his new musical ‘Hearts of Fire and Steele’, with Norman winning the part of Steele as a young boy. During the performance, Norman tells James to always keep the spotlight on him. James and Norman tussle and the spotlight falls, sparking a fiery finale to the show.

Hannah, James, Mandy, Sarah and Norman have been using Joe’s Growmaster 2000 to produce their giant Pumpkin. James, pulling the pumpkin balanced carefully across four Go-Karts, heads downhill. The Go Karts, and James go flying down towards the park. Sam must rescue James as the Go-Kart is heading straight for the cliffs.
