Join instructor Ariadne Vickers-Davis for an hour of yoga that's designed to provide a full body tone and flow. One class will focus on the upper body and the other class will give all the attention to the lower body. These upper and lower body postures are worked into simple flows with poses for both the beginner and intermediate student. Some poses may challenge the beginner yogi.
