Eric is an American boy living in Norway, avoiding contact with other people because he manifests strange, uncontrollable powers. After killing a young thug, a U.S. Embassy agent attempts to take him into custody to bring him back home. Eric will then find himself on the run to return to the farm where his powers first manifested.
