A ruthless assassin unleashes a crate full of lethal snakes aboard a packed passenger jet over the Pacific Ocean in order to eliminate a witness in protective custody. The no B.S. cop assigned to protect and take the witness to trial as well as the rookie pilot of the plane and his frightened, motley assortment of passengers, must band together to land the plane and stay alive.
