ArakNet gets up and running as the trio must build a routine around dangerous circumstances. Izzy objects to Mara's strategic plan, to no avail. With Nick struggling to gain traction at a buzzy tech convention, Wes confidently steps up to the plate. Ronald's demons get the best of him, sending him down a dark road he's long avoided.

After devising a clever plan to turbo-charge ArakNet's numbers, Ronald is again left on the sidelines. The Russians' out-of-the-blue retaliation leaves the team reeling. A frightening encounter sparks a crisis of conscience in Izzy. With the future of ArakNet at stake, Ronald is pressed into exercising his assigned role in the company. With a confession to Tam, Ronald begins his journey back from the abyss. Vera's uncle, Oleg (Ravil Isyanov), arrives in Miami with a plan to steady the Russian crime family's investments.
