The Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver

Cooks have the chance to pitch the concept of their book to the judges for the first time. They will be judged on the food they prepare and the way they pitched their cookbook concept.

The second set of cooks pitch their dish and cookbook ideas to the judges, including all about lasagnas, celebrating seasonal produce and easy Asian-inspired recipes.

The third set of cooks pitch their dish and cookbook ideas to the judges, including using unsung ingredients, recipes designed to combat food waste and dishes inspired by travels.

The six remaining cooks make an easy weeknight meal, followed by a weekend feast, to impress the judges.

The remaining five cooks create two dishes that are judged on how they look when a professionally photographed and how they rate on Jamie's social media snap poll.

It's the semi-final and the four remaining cooks prepare their fare in front of the judges and create dishes worthy of a double-page spread in their cookbook.

It's the grand finale for the remaining cooks as they present their book concept and a range of recipes to the creme de la creme.
