During Brizan’s annual surfing party, a strange cloud falls abruptly on the ocean. When it retreats, the surfers in the water have disappeared.

In Brizan, life seems to be back to normal, but in appearance only. The surviving surfers discover themselves endowed with strange powers.

Brizan is again in state of alert. The cloud caused a tidal wave to carry away the lighthouse, and now an arm of the sea splits the small town in two.
