On this program of Travel Oz, Hunting the indigenous way, breath-taking waterfalls and saving the endangered Tasmanian devil. The Two Tims travel to the Townsville region discovering breath-taking waterfalls and giant cassowaries and in Tasmania, and follow a group of National Geographic prize winners as they explore the rainforests to help save the endangered Tasmanian devil.

On this Travel Oz, experience the making of the didgeridoo, Dive with the two Tims for the most famous wreck dives and we'll rejoin the National Geographic expedition of young people to the reefs and rainforests of Far North Queensland. Our Didgeridoo - or yidaki - experience will start in Arnhemland's forests of eucalypt trees where the instruments are found and cut...and end with a recital.

On this Travel Oz, The Garma festival, a spectacular celebration of music, a marathon trip around Queensland, and back to Canberra for close encounters at the national zoo. It is Australia's biggest indigenous event, Garma, a spectacular celebration of music, dance and art. Indigenous groups have come together from all over Australia, staging a series of primal performances.

This program of Travel Oz features Broome and its pearling industry, the two Tims attend Australia's biggest rodeo in Mt Isa and learn the secrets of throwing a boomerang. Explore the gems of the deep, the white pearl, and what was once the heart of Broome's Pearling industry in Chinatown. And discover the art of cultivating them at the Willie Creek Pearl Farm.

This program of Travel Oz features the special phenomena of the Horizontal Waterfalls, the fishing town of Karumba, the diving sensations of Lord Howe Island and the Wildlife refuge that is Kangaroo Island. Australia's Kimberly coast is famous for its King Tides. These tidal movements can reach up to nine meters and create a very special phenomena known as the Horizontal Waterfalls.

This program of Travel Oz features Mud crabbing in Cape Leveque, the fishing mecca town of Karumba and exploring Tasmania's Tamar Valley. In cape Leveque, living off the land with Eddie James is a sure experience as he demonstrates the art of collecting bush honey, bush medicine and bush soap as well as spearing mud crabs and engraving shells.
