Back to Basics is a four-week program where you'll learn or refine the foundational movement patterns used in workouts and in everyday life. They include stability, squat, hinge, lunge, and more. Besides a review and a quiz, each week's workout focuses on proper form that gets progressively more challenging. By the end, you’ll be able to work out harder, smarter, and reduce chances of injury.
