Randy Newberg is back to his favorite bear hunting location; Southeast Alaska. With him is long time friend and hunting partner, Mike Spitzer, and seasoned field producer, Marcus Hockett. This is Mike's first black bear hunt in Alaska and hopefully one to remember.

Randy Newberg has been dreaming of hunting sheep for 40 years. Randy and cameraman, Marcus Hockett, have Dall sheep tags in ruggedly beautiful Alaska. It's the second week of the rifle elk season where hunting pressure and unusual weather that can make locating public land bull elk very difficult. Randy Newberg has a passion for wild bison. After twenty years, Randy was lucky enough to draw an archery bison tag in the Henry Mountains of Utah. Follow along as Randy chases the largest of free ranging species in North America, with a bow. Along the way, Randy explains how the American bison paid the deepest price to establish the conservation ethic in North America.

Randy and his Uncle Jimmer were lucky enough to both draw New Mexico archery elk tags. Randy and Jimmer, though nephew and uncle, have spent their lives more like brothers. This is Jimmer's first archery elk hunt, a great reason to reunite with Randy. Follow along as the guys and their llamas chase elk on the public lands of New Mexico in the heat of early September.

Marcus Hockett and Wade Zarlingo are chasing the elusive Coues deer in southern Arizona. Wanting to be sure of a tag, they have applied for the easiest to draw areas known for more challenging hunting. These public lands of Arizona are seldom traveled and are as beautiful as they are rugged. Follow along as the guys search far and wide for the "grey ghost" and do some bonus quail hunting!

For years, Fresh Tracks host, Randy Newberg, has driven through this area and promised, "Someday I'm gonna hunt deer here." This hunt is when "someday" finally arrives. With only a short window in his calendar, Randy fulfills the promise he made to himself. And he is very happy he did. Randy Newberg is heading to southern Arizona to meet up with a group of friends to spend another week archery hunting anything that is editable. Coues deer, Javelina, Quail, Antelope Jack Rabbit, and ducks are all on the menu. The Sonoran desert is a remarkable landscape, seemingly inhospitable, yet enchanting and bountiful for those who spend time there.

Follow along as Randy explores the sage flats of central Wyoming in search of his favorite wild game meat.

Randy Newberg sets out for his 2018 Montana Mule Deer hunt. Joined by his good friend and neighbor Bart May, they have a few days to fill a limited entry deer tag outside of their home in Bozeman. Using the llamas to carry gear and hopefully meat, they head out from the trailhead up a canyon where Bart has hunted in years past.

Randy is joined by Beau Baty of Wilderness Ridge Trail Llamas and Lucas Burt of Leupold Optics for opening weekend of Montana's rifle elk season. With llamas packing their camp, they trek deep into the public lands of Montana with several days to locate a few mature bull elk.

Every year, Randy Newberg and his son Matthew carve out time in their schedules to hunt together. This season Matthew drew a Wyoming elk tag with his great uncle Larry, but due to medical reasons Larry wasn't able to join. Joined by friend Buzz Hettick, they explore the public lands of Wyoming in search of a mature bull elk.
