Roberto S. Recto, an exemplary officer recently graduated from the academy, joins the police force and is assigned a new partner, Adrián Vázquez, a patrolman who's given up his soul to corruption because he believes it's an inherent part of the system. They'll have to learn from each other in order to succeed against organized crime and bring justice to Mexico City.
