My Kitchen Rules

The 15th season of My Kitchen Rules begins in Cronulla with best friends Justin and Will, who aim to impress with their South African and Tongan heritage- inspired menu. Their Instant Restaurant, "Tropic Like It's Hot," sets the scene for a night where they welcome fellow contestants Anne & Maree, Michael & Reilli, Mel & Jacinta, Maria & Bailey, and Lol & Lil.

The second Instant Restaurant lands in Melbourne, with Greek mother and daughter team Anne & Maree, who have wanted to enter MKR for nearly 10 years. They will cook using the traditional recipes, handed down through their family for generations. For this close-knit pair, family means everything.

The competition travels to the Gold Coast for opinionated couple Michael and Rielli's Instant Restaurant, where the self-described 'Perfect Pair' attempt to plate up the perfect menu of Beetroot and Feta Cheesecake for entree, Buttered Beef Tongue for main and Raspberry Gel and Chocolate Mousse Domes for dessert.

In the fourth Instant Restaurant Maria and Bailey aim for the top spot with their Modern take on Greek cuisine and in a glamorous fine dining atmosphere. Mel and Jacinta reveal a secret about Maria's second business, but their strategic motives are clear. With success on their minds, will an error in their process undo our two boss friends' claim to the top spot?

The competition continues in Logan Queensland, where best buds Lol and Lil are out to prove the other teams should underestimate them at their peril. With their approach of hearty home cooking, Lol and Lil are hoping their entree of Grilled Prawn and Mango Tortilla Bites, Chicken and Leek Pot Pie main, and their modern twist on a Lemon Meringue Pie dessert.

In Sydney's east, feisty cousins, Mel and Jacinta are out to prove that healthy food can be delicious. With a menu inspired by their recent trip to LA, Mel and Jacinta hope their Bang Bang Cauliflower entree, Braised Beef main and Tofu Mocha Mousse dessert will silence their critics and secure their place in the competition.

The first Instant Restaurant of Round 2 takes us to Perth with gatecrasher couple Danielle and Marko out to show they've got the skills in the kitchen and the passion for food to be MRK champions. For this happy young couple it's the ultimate challenge, and they aim to blow the competition away.

Round 2 of the cooking competition continues in Adelaide at Maria and Bailey's instant restaurant, Medusa, where they aim for redemption and the top of the leaderboard with an ambitious menu including Modern Mousakka, Sous Vide Chicken Skewer, and an elaborate Dulce de Leche Tart; despite impressive ambition, the complexity of the dishes worries other contestants, and tensions rise.

Competitive mates, Mark and Tan are aiming to make MKR history with a record breaking score, by incorporating flavour profiles from Tan's Thai heritage. They hope to make a delectable first impression with their Entree, Grilled Octopus with Thai Style Chimichurri.

The competition returns to Logan, Queensland, where besties Lol and Lil are hoping for redemption as they aim to beat their previous low score and prove to everyone that they deserve to be in the competition. Will their elevated menu of Pan-Seared Scallops for entree, Pumpkin and Ricotta Ravioli for main and Lamington for dessert silence their critics and impress the judges?

After a rocky start to the competition, Michael, the "Meat Master," and his partner Rielli return to their Instant Restaurant hungry for redemption. They're determined to prove themselves, especially to Mark, with a shoey bet on the line. They present a bold French inspired menu: duck confit in puff pastry for entrée, lamb racks for the main, and the tricky Paris Brest for dessert.

We're in Brisbane for the final instant restaurant round at Amy and Lara's cheekily themed "Only Pans." Tonight, one team will be going home - and it'll either be OGs Maria and Bailey, or gatecrashers Amy and Lara. With the table well aware that Amy works as a private chef to celebrities, expectations are sky-high.

After competing across two rounds of Instant Restaurants, the OG's and Gatecrashers face-off for the first time in Kitchen Headquarters. The teams are split into two groups, one cooking mains and the other cooking desserts, and it's revealed they'll be competing in the pick-a-fridge challenge.

It's the first elimination at Kitchen Headquarters and two OG teams are facing off in an epic challenge, where they must prepare a banquet style main and dessert for the judges and fellow teams. Mother and daughter duo Anne & Maree set out to impress the judges with their Greek feast and traditional Greek dessert.

The Top Six teams return to Kitchen HQ for the toughest pick-a-fridge challenge yet - the Woolworth's Something for Everyone Challenge. This time they must cook either a main or dessert using themed ingredients - Family Favourites, Date Night, or Plant-Based. But under the pressure of the Kitchen HQ clock, even the most confident teams can stumble.

It's the battle of the couples in Kitchen Headquarters as Michael and Rielli face off against Danielle and Marko in an epic elimination cook-off. Both teams must prepare banquet style mains and desserts for the judges and their competitors.

The competition returns to Sydney for the first Ultimate Instant Restaurant, where best mates Justin and Will are ready to take on the challenge of double dishes and set the benchmark for the new round. Serving up a menu inspired by their family recipes, will the two dads surpass their high-scoring first Instant Restaurant?

Lol & Lil return to the kitchen for their Ultimate Instant Restaurant, determined to prove how far they've come. Backed by the most experience in the competition, they tackle an ambitious six-dish menu spanning six cuisines, including a risky French onion soup for a French chef and tricky bao buns.

Tonight we're in Perth for Danielle & Marko's Ultimate Instant Restaurant. Determined to plate up six competition worthy dishes that could rocket them back to the top of the leaderboard and redeem their Kitchen HQ performance. But could one dish derail their comeback?

Maria and Bailey return to the kitchen for their Ultimate Instant Restaurant, aiming to show the table they deserve a spot in the semi-finals. Determined to shut their arch rival Mark up once and for all, they tackle an ambitious six-dish menu of Mediterranean inspired cuisine.

Mark and Tan's home in Adelaide is the setting for the final Ultimate Instant Restaurant where one team will be eliminated. The goal for Mark and Tan, not just beat Danielle and Marko's score of 62 to be safe, but to knock Justin and Will off the top of the leaderboard.

In the high-stakes first semi-final, best mates Justin and Will go head-to-head with gatecrashing couple Danielle and Marko for a coveted spot in the grand final. Over two intense rounds, each team must serve up a main and dessert judged solely by the experts.

Lol & Lil versus Maria & Bailey in the My Kitchen Rules second semifinal. Maria and Bailey are taking on board the Judges advice and simplifying their dishes to concentrate on flavour for the win. Loll and Lil are elevating their dishes to prove to everyone that has doubted them from the beginning that they deserve to be in the Grand finale.

t's all been leading to this, the MKR Grand Final 2025. Two teams will go head-to-head for the title of MKR champions and $100,000. As they square off in Kitchen HQ, the teams must serve up 100 plates of food across four courses, including for the first time in competition, canapes.
