Ride in the famous Lamar Valley. Begin at the top of Lamar Canyon and follow the Lamar River south to its confluence with Soda Butte Creek. Turn northeast, and the view becomes massive mountain, Soda Butte, and sagebrush plains. Pass Pebble Creek and Ice Box Canyon and into forested with views of the freestone creek bed.
