When Lee is expelled, he has to break back into A. Nigma High to try to find a missing in action Principal Barrage and possibly clear his name once and for all.

When A. Nigma High's new Principal - Superintendent Blomptkins - forces everyone to make and wear their own clogs, Lee and his friends work together to expose him to the world.

With Barrage missing, the head of the Parent's Council - Kimmie's Mom Cassandra - has students look after their own robo-baby for 24 hours. But Lee suspects she's up to something.

When Barrage returns to A. Nigma High he tells Lee if he can escape the newly improved detention room - today only - he's free. Lee just so happens to need to get out to spy on Cassandra.

When Lee finds out Barrage and Cassandra are in cahoots about "fencing", he gets on the fencing team to investigate. But why would they want the team to maintain a losing streak?

Lee tries to rescue his friend the Tazelwurm when the whole school hunts him down for an extra mark. Lee soon finds out it's the Parent's Council behind it all and decides to find out why.

When Barrage puts a fence up around the entire school the students revolt. While Camillio puts on a protest concert, Lee uses the melee as cover on a daring mission to sneak out and meet Lynch.

When Lee tracks down the Outcasts, after finding out they stole his key to the underground tunnels, he finds out they have a Book that seems to explain the mysteries of the school's Pyramid.

When a school gossip hound starts talking about things that only could've been heard in Lee's bedroom, he starts to suspect his room might actually be bugged.

While Lee, Tina and Jenny try to interfere with the Council's plans to obtain the Book and open the Pyramid, Biffy, Camillio and Holger pull a heist to get Lee's key back from a casino.

When Lee refuses to tell Cassandra about a route to the tunnels she threatens to harm his family. Now Lee has to get to the airport before something bad happens when his Dad's flight lands.

Lee spends a free Saturday with Tina and Jenny to search the Fairgrounds for Finnwich to ask him about the Book. But once there, they find out he has his own agenda.
