Set in the near future, Mr. Castlin (Paul Dewdney) is head of one of the ruthless criminal organisations which now control the country. He awakes in a mysterious hotel with no memory of how he arrived there. The sullen Concierge (Leonie Zeumer) escorts him to the bar where he encounters the enigmatic Miss Sylvian (Sean Young). Confronted by his past crimes, he is forced to bargain for his soul.
