Break Through

1944: The German Wehrmacht is engaged in fierce defensive battles on the Eastern Front. Sergeant Steiner's 71st Infantry Division, still under the command of the glory-hungry Stransky, is transferred from there to peaceful France, where the Allied invasion begins shortly thereafter. In a small village that has been shot to pieces, a battle with an American tank unit ensues.
