20 years after a devastating war, an old man and a young boy named Conan live on Remnant Island. One day, Conan finds a girl named Lana on the shore. When Lana is abducted by soldiers, Conan and his grandfather must spring into action.

Conan travels by plane and sea as he tries to rescue Lana from the clutches of Industria soldiers.

Conan arrives on a small island and meets Jimsy, a boy who has been living in the wild. As Conan gets to know his new friend, the ship Barracuda offers an opportunity to finally reach Industria.

Conan and Jimsy attempt to stowaway aboard the Barracuda, but are caught and punished by the ship's captain Dyce. They get to work as the ship heads for Industria.

The Barracuda finally arrives in Industria and Conan and Jimsy are stunned to find it bleak and deserted. Conan races through the complex searching for Lana.

Conan and Lana are finally reunited but the villainous Lepka continues to pursue them. Shocked by Lepka’s brutality, Captain Dyce’s allegiances begin to shift…

Dyce leaves Conan trapped in an Industria holding cell and escapes with Lana to the Barracuda. He finds cover in a dense fog but Lepka is close behind.

With Lepka’s gunboat in pursuit, Lana uses a lifeboat to rescue Conan from the open sea. But can their small vessel escape Lepka’s clutches?

As they navigate a vast desert, Conan and Lana are discovered by a salvage ship captain named Patch.

Earthquakes rattle Industria as Lepka continues his search for Lana’s grandfather Dr. Lao.

Conan, Lana, and Dr. Lao take to the skies in Dr. Lao’s flying machine.

Trapped by Lepka, Lana and Dr. Lao must navigate Industria’s Core Block in search of machine parts.

Conan, Jimsy, and Lana reunite with Dyce on the Barracuda, meanwhile Dr. Lao must return to Industria to help save its residents.

Conan, Jimsy, and Lana explore High Harbor and meet the villagers but Jimsy can’t help but get into mischief.

Conan and Jimsy must catch a wild pig in order to redeem themselves with Orlo, the leader of a local gang.

Lana has a nightmarish vision that Dr. Lao’s flying machine is engulfed in flames and fears an attack. Conan does his best to try and ease her worries.

When Industria soldiers reach High Harbor the villagers must band together to defend their home.

Conan and Lana try to evade Industria’s soldiers but Lana is captured. Will Conan find her in time?

As the fight for High Harbor continues, Lana fears the arrival of another earthquake.

In the wake of the tsunami, the villagers allow the Industria soldiers to join their community.

Conan is captured. Meanwhile, Lana, Dyce, and Jimsy navigate Industria’s underground barracks and learn more about life during Lepka’s rule.

Conan rushes to stop Lepka from flooding the underground community while Lana contemplates how she can help save the residents.

Lepka attempts to escape with his hostage Lana in tow, but Conan won’t give up on his friend so easily.

As earthquakes rattle Industria, its residents fear that another cataclysm will occur. Meanwhile, Lepka seeks to revive the massive warplane, Gigant, to make the world his own…

As Lepka attacks, Conan infiltrates Gigant to try and stop him.
