Gavin and Stacey

Stacey and Gavin return from their honeymoon to a big welcome from both families. But Smithy seems none too happy with his best mate and Nessa has a confession to make that throws the whole evening into disarray.

Smithy runs away after finding out he's going to be a dad.

Stacey feels dejected because she cannot get a job and Pam tells her she needs to get out more. Smithy needs Gavin's shoulder to cry on because his girlfriend broke up with him over Nessa's pregnancy and told him she was seeing a younger man anyway. Gavin, Stacey and Smithy head for Barry so that Smithy can go for the scan with Nessa.

Mick becomes a minor celebrity for the night; Stacey and Gavin start house-hunting.

Bryn organizes a surprise birthday party for Gwen but the stress gets too much for him.

While Smithy plans a boys' night out, Stacey goes to play bingo.

Stacey heads back to Essex and into the arms of Gavin. Everything seems perfect until Pam and Nick offer to cover the down payment on a house for them.

It's Christmas time and the Welsh contingent have been invited to celebrate the festive season with the Shipmans. So with the help of Dave and his coach, the Wests head East.
