A mountain lion named Ghost returns to her home territory as autumn brings shorter days and cooler nights. To survive, she must navigate a new wilderness as humans encroach on a once pristine landscape.

As winter approaches, Ghost prowls the landscape looking for food. But competition here is fierce, and she's not just eating for herself.

Ghost navigates a winter landscape and teaches her 3 cubs the necessary skills for survival. As the family settles into a daily ritual, a new threat emerges that will challenge Ghost and the lives of her cubs.
