Lourenço, an immigrant without a visa, is left heartbroken and adrift when his boyfriend abandons him in Provincetown. Enveloped by the seaside community, he grows distressed as his once hopeful future dims into a state of limbo. When he meets Maurice, a nurse who also feels out of place, they form an unexpected connection. Together, they find acceptance and reconcile their uncertain futures.
