Kahi De Ne Prem Chhe is a story of a small town girl Anjali, who fell in love with Aditya an absolute opposite character. As Anjali does every effort to make Aditya believe in love but fails all the time. Later Anjali is diagnosed with a heart condition & decides not to undergo treatment. When Aditya comes to know about her medical condition, he tries to help her.
