Kitchen Nightmares

Chef Ramsay visits Casa Roma, an Italian restaurant in Lancaster, California. Although its bar is packed, Casa Roma's dining area is nearly empty. Most of the problems stem from the inexperienced owners managing a clueless kitchen staff.

Chef Ramsay visits Mojito's, a Cuban eatery in Brooklyn. The owners purchased the restaurant as newlyweds, but they are now seven years into a crumbling marriage and business.

Chef Ramsay journeys to Ridgewood, New Jersey to rejuvenate Bazzini, an Italian eatery hampered by sluggish service and a lackluster kitchen staff.

While in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, Chef Ramsay visits Flamango's, an outdated eatery in desperate need of care. Ramsay suggests a major overhaul, but he runs into opposition when the owner thinks it's best to simply shut down the restaurant.

Chef Ramsay travels to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to visit Hot Potato Cafe. He finds an owner sapped of passion who has created a toxic environment filled with negativity.

Chef Ramsay stops by Mama Rita's in Newbury Park, California. Ramsay finds that the Mexican eatery suffers from a disorganized kitchen. Meanwhile, the owner may have to sacrifice a friendship in order to save her business.

Chef Ramsay goes to Thousand Oaks, California and finds a failing second location of a family-owned eatery. Debt, a breakdown of the family dynamic and a relative who has lost his passion for cooking all plague the restaurant.

Chef Ramsay goes on the road, winding up in Manhattan Beach, California. He visits Lido di Manhattan, an Italian joint with an unsightly kitchen. Ramsay is so horrified that he shuts the place down temporarily and tries to tell the young, inexperienced owner that urgent changes must be made.

Chef Ramsay drops by Le Bistro, a French eatery in South Florida, and discovers that he and the head chef have similar culinary training backgrounds. However, the chef is in complete denial about the poor quality of his restaurant's food and service.

Chef Ramsay visits Anna Vincenzo's, a family-run eatery in Boca Raton, Florida. He learns that the stubborn owner (and chef) doesn't welcome change. After his ideas are ignored, Ramsay walks out.

Chef Ramsay visits Fleming, a Danish eatery in Miami that's no longer the hot spot it once was. The stubborn owner doesn't want to update the place and Ramsay discovers something in the cooler that causes him to close the restaurant during dining service.
