Monica, a much sought after bar dancer in Suburban Mumbai dissapears mysteriously and all fingers point to struggling actor Rajveer who seems to be connected with the dissapearance and alleged murder. Rajveer claims he has nothing to do with the murder or Monica, but there is more to the truth than he's letting on.

Rajveer struggles to get roles in Mumbai . One night, a drunk Rajveer begs his friend Churan to find him a job. That’s when the idea to dress up as a woman comes to them. They decide to test his look past their milkman in the morning, who fails to recognize rajveer for a man. They realise they have found the answer to help them end their struggles.

Rajveer and Churan's plan works! Monica becomes Apsara's celebrated bar dancer. Mangu is thrilled with her. Jassi, Mangu's driver sets his eyes on Monica and falls in love with her. Everyone in the bar has their eyes set on her. Rajveer is getting tired of the Monica act and wants to make it as himself.

Chandni finds out the truth about Monica! Sujata suspects something amiss with Rajveer's life in Mumbai and sends Vikramjeet to check in on him. Rajveer has had enough of the Monica act and decides to end it all right after Monica Night- little does he know the chaos that awaits him.

The sequence of events on Monica are revealed where all of Monica's stakeholders have come to watch her dance. Rajveer is disgusted by the turn of events and decides to quit the act once and for all. He does not however know that someone else knows his secret and is about to get to him.

Rajveer is released from jail and heads home hoping to make a clean start.Churan and Chandni get a blackailers note for Rajveer's pictures. Chandni,Churan and Jassi hatch a plan to blackmail Mangu.Lingapalli who visits Monica's bar and house finds that something is amiss.Vikramjeet is smitten with Monica and accidentally calls Sujata 'Monica' thereby making her suspicious of his activities.

Mangu is angered by the call and decides to get his good luck charm, Monica back! Sujata comes to Mumbai to join the family and demands to know who Monica is! Rajveer comes clean of his identitty to the family. Lingapalli is closer to piecing the puzxle together and visits Rajveer's house with a proposal where he tells the gang to go through with their plan.

It is the day of the kidnapping. Mangu is hot on their heels. Towards the end of the chase, Rajveer and Churan realize that there's something off about the plan. They realize that their plan had been tampered with by Lingapalli. Rajveer's dream of leaving Monica behind is shattered as he realizes that Monica has been launched as the lead of an upcoming film.
