Run follows a boat carrying migrants from various African countries through the Mediterranean Sea to Italy. After finally making it to shore, the desperate passengers try to evade police, and a few manage to get away. The film focuses on the individual storylines of the migrants, locals, and tourists through the course of the day as they lead to a violent escalation.
