A modern-day Cat & Mouse chase between a new school NYC Pickpocket and a dangerous CIA agent. Cory White makes a living targeting unsuspecting New Yorkers and pick-pocketing their valuables. The tables are turned when Cory steals a USB from CIA agent Benjamin Keaton, making Cory the target.
