Today, police officers act against drug trafficking in the Tepito neighborhood, while Rescue and Emergency Medical Units attend to the wounded in traffic accidents and shootings. During the early hours of the morning, everything gets out of control at the alcohol testing stations: weapons, fights and scuffles make this night a special one.

While the police try to stop a murderer who has killed a man in cold blood in Gustavo A. Madero, another group must confront family members and neighbors to stop young drug dealers and thieves. Meanwhile, the Rescue and Emergency Medical Unit must use all their skills to rescue people in extreme conditions.

While police officers arrest drug dealers and thieves, the Rescue and Emergency Medical Unit acts to save the lives of a man suffering from a septic shock and a bus driver after a car radiator exploded on his body.

The police apprehend three young drug dealers in action, other patrol cars pursue robbers in the Chapultepec woods, while the Rescue and Emergency Medical Unit goes to save an injured man in the street, save a woman at her home that had a stroke, and attend several victims of a multiple car crash. The traffic police officers are confronted with several violent and drunk drivers.

Police are confronted by three fleeing traffickers. The traffic agents in a control come across a nice driver who turns violent. The ERUM Unit has to attend to an elderly man with a severe hemorrhage. Another police patrol stops a car and upon searching it discovers a weapon inside. A woman was run over and her life depends not only on the professionalism of the doctors but also on a miracle.

Police captures a drug dealer. An operation manages to arrest four men in the street. At a control, a woman does not want to get into the patrol car and a man becomes violent when his car is stopped. The ERUM unit assists a man with a cut on his leg and a woman seriously wounded, a young man shot in the buttock, and an elderly man in fragile health.
