Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan - Demon Capital

At Fushime-Inari Shrine, Awashima the Amanojaku falls into a trap set by the Kyoto yokai 27-Faced-Senju-Mukade. Now, Awashima must use "Possession" to cut through the enemy's "Fear."

Having reunited with Yura, Rikuo is introduced to Hidemoto Keikain, the 13th Heir. But the Keikain onmyoji and Nura clan members are suddenly attacked by Tsuchi-Gumo, an ayakashi who seeks only to fight the strongest.

Rikuo is left severely beaten by Tsuchi-Gumo, when Gyuki arrives to take him to Mt. Kurama for treatment. There, Gyuki tells Rikuo that in order to become stronger, he must embrace his human side and surpass the "Fear" of his grandfather Nurarihyon.

Hagoromo-Gitsune takes up residency in Nijo castle, having destroyed all eight of the onmyoji seals. Now, the onmyoji and Nura clan must try to get past the Kyoto yokai in order to reseal the area.

As the battle in Kyoto intensifies, the Keikain onmyoji and the Nura clan yokai realize that only by working together can they become a match against the Kyoto yokai. Meanwhile, Rikuo continues his training at Mt. Kurama, where he must discover what is necessary to become stronger.

During his training with Gyuki, Rikuo learns that by accepting his human side, and believing in his allies, he can become stronger. Completing his training, Rikuo then sets out to save Tsurara from Tsuchi-Gumo by using the technique of the Lord of a Hundred Demons, "Equip."

The battle between Rikuo and Tsuchi-Gumo reaches its climax. Meanwhile, Nurarihyon enters Nijo Castle to confront Hagoromo-Gitsune for the first time in 400 years, where he discovers the evil existence that the Kyoto yokai are trying to bring forth.

Hagoromo-Gitsune is about to give birth inside Nijo Castle's Nuegaike pond. Rikuo and his allies race to stop Hagoromo-Gitsune from giving birth, but standing in their way is Kidomaru, who intends to prevent their advancement at all cost.

Hagoromo-Gitsune has given birth to her son, Nue, and the Kyoto yokai rejoice. However, Rikuo realizes that the newborn Nue can still be stopped, and with help from Yura and Ryuji, he proceeds to attack.

Rikuo is overwhelmed by Hagoromo-Gitsune's full power in her Nine-Tail form. Heavily beaten, Rikuo attempts to settle the score against the most powerful ayakashi by reaching out to the memories of the host possessed by Hagoromo-Gitsune.

Abeno Seimei has been resurrected back into this world. With the Devil's Blade in his hand, Seimei proclaims that he will build a demon capital ruled by darkness. Rikuo must stop Seimei at all costs, and the final showdown begins.

In order to defeat the powerful Abeno Seimei, the Nura clan yokai and Tono yokai entrust their power of a Hundred Demons to Rikuo.

A look back on past events as the Nura clan, led by Rikuo, and the Keikain onmyoji, led by Yura, each take on the powerful Kyoto yokai.
