After neurobiologist Pietro Zinni and his lab colleagues responded to their sudden dismissal in the first part of the film series by setting up a drug ring, they now decide to switch sides. They join forces with ambitious police inspector Paolo Coletti, who sends them on a secret mission. Their task: to prevent the rapid spread of new types of drugs.
