  • To record the game, click the Record Thursday Night Football button on the game detail page before the game starts. For the other Thursday Night Football games, you will need a Prime membership to record. Recorded games let you pause, rewind, and fast-forward freely, plus watch replays until next season starts.
  • First, check your device bandwidth speeds. For the best live streaming experience, Prime Video recommends a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps for SD & 5 Mbps for HD. Prime Video will serve the highest quality streaming experience possible based on the bandwidth speed available. If you’re experiencing any issues with video juddering/motion, we recommend turning the Motion setting on your TV to Off. This setting might have a different name depending on your TV manufacturer. Some examples of the Motion setting include Auto Motion Plus, Tru Motion, MotionFlow, Cinemotion, and Motion Picture.
  • Customers can shop the Black Friday deal event at www.amazon.com/blackfriday. Fans can also shop great deals and products related to the game by searching "shop the game" in the Amazon Shopping App. You don’t need a Prime membership to take advantage of deals. Anyone with an Amazon account can shop for Black Friday deals.
