Aliens come to invade the Earth! But Sergeant Keroro gets captured by a human family, the main fleet retreats and leaves him stranded, and now he's all alone, sir!

Keroro goes to find his lost comrades, and winds up finding one of them: Tamama, the ultra-polite, who is living with a girl named Momoka. They both have a terrible temper, though...

Keroro has terrible cabin fever, and is desperate to find some way to leave the house without getting dissected or experimented upon. Maybe he could pretend to be human?

There's a new frog in town: Gororo. He's rough and tough and determined to take over the Hinata family's home so they can use it as a base of operations. Which involves first getting rid of the current residents!

Now that Keroro's gotten his very first allowance money, he's determined to go buy a rare Gundam model with it. But he can't exactly do that while he's invisible. Time to beg for Fuyuki's help!

Momoka has a cunning plan: she's going to invite Fuyuki to the beach for a romantic day, and confess her feelings. But his family and all three frogs decide to come, as well!

A prophecy claims that the Great Lord of Terror is going to descend upon the Earth in the year 1999 and cause Armageddon. Well, it's five years late, but the Great Lord of Terror is finally here -- the form of a cute girl named Mois!

The frogs are being sneaky lately, so Fuyuki decides to find out what they're up to. Turns out they have a new secret base... and some pretty scary security measures guarding it!

Saburo-senpai drops by to visit... with a frog of his own, Kululu. Beware the genius with a malicious sense of humor and a gun that can make people change age!

Keroro has a toothache -- which is a big deal to his people. It means micro-aliens have invaded his mouth and are setting up a secret base in one of his teeth! Now his comrades have to shrink down to micro size and blast away those invaders... or at least try not to injure Keroro much farther!

The most popular TV show in outer space has decided to come visit Pekopon (Earth) and film an episode there. Keroro is starstruck, but the stars of the show are obnoxious, rude, and everything is utterly staged. The patience of the humans is rapidly wearing thin.

Sumomo, a popular space idol, has come down to Earth for the day. She thinks she wants to be unknown... but is that really what she wants? Then Giroro loses his belt and his confidence in his battle prowess, but he gains a new friendship with a stray cat he meets along the way.

There's a new transfer student in Natsumi's class. She's very athletic and acts like a ninja girl. But when she hears Natsumi talking with her brother about their "stupid frogs" at home, she knows exactly what they mean. She has a frog of her own: Dororo!

With all five frogs together, Keroro is determined to begin the invasion of Earth in earnest. But Dororo rejects all of his (insane, harmful) plans! So the only thing to do is to follow the one thing Dororo wants: the "Fill the Town with Flowers" Master Plan.

Thanks to Tamama's G-force endurance test machine, Momoka accidentally gets split into two people: Momoka and Dark Momoka. Momoka is as timid as ever, while Dark Momoka decides to displace Keroro and force the frogs to take over the Earth her way!

Tamama thinks he's uncovered Mois's secret: she's going out being a juvenile delinquent! But the truth might be a little stranger than he thinks...

It's swimming season at the junior high, and the frogs decide to pay the school a visit. Natsumi's out to beat the school year record... while Keroro's out to beat Natsumi!

Since Natsumi's mom can't go to the beach with them, the frogs turn Natsumi into an adult to take them. But there's a catch: she has to enter into a bikini contest doing a comedy routine, and the frogs have her cracking terribly stupid jokes she finds embarrassing!

It's a summer festival, and the frogs decide not to come. But it turns out that they do show up, after all... as the hosts of rigged games, in order to cheat festival-goers out of Gundam money!

Keroro's latest plan is to invade the Earth by planting flags in all of the seas. But as Fuyuki soon discovers, there may be people deep in the ocean who do not want invaders there.

The summer heat is unbearable when a power outage puts all air conditioners out of commission. Koyuki teaches Fuyuki and Natsumi the ninja arts of surviving the heat without technology, while the frogs hatch a plan of their own.

Terrible news from headquarters: Tamama is to replace Keroro as their platoon leader! Keroro's devastated, and Tamama immediately lets his new power go to his head. Will the platoon survive this dreadful new leader?

Hoping to use the Kero Ball to fix his broken Gundam models, Keroro accidentally manages to copy himself... again and again and again. With thousands of Keroros at his command, he thinks conquering the Earth should be a snap. But these Keroros also have his utterly lazy personality...
